Olayan Financing Company (OFC) has launched a transformative digital initiative in partnership with IBM Consulting to implement SAP S/4HANA and other next-generation SAP technologies. This strategic collaboration supports OFC’s mission to modernize its operations, enabling more agile, data-driven decision-making across its diverse business interests.

The project spans over 41 legal entities, marking one of the region's most ambitious SAP migrations. With IBM Consulting’s expertise and use of its proprietary IMPACT accelerator and clean core methodologies, the deployment was completed in under 12 months—setting a new standard for efficient enterprise transformation.

Khaled Al Ofaysan, Managing Partner at IBM Consulting KSA, emphasized the precision and scale of the rollout, while Dr. Nabeel M. Al Amudi, CEO of OFC, noted that the transformation aligns with the company’s growth strategy and long-term vision for sustainability and innovation.
